There’s this cool site that virtually simulates different factors in golfing to help you become a better player, like the golf club grip, posture, weight, distribution, amd  shoulder, hip, feet and knee alignments. They call this Personal Anytime Lesson or PAL.

So this free golf swing analysis could make you a better player. why? how? although you can’t test your swings, you could have at least an idea what happens when you do what, when you increase one factor, or decrease one factor. These factors all affect your swing.

All these advice would come from a famous in the golfing world “The Swing Surgeon” John Trahan. He has provided guidelines for many successful golfers.

I’ve never been fond of jewelry. Even my students noticed it.

However, after browsing the jewelry collection of Element Jewellery, I’m thinking to start wearing some, because I’m very plain-looking.

Who is she? My father’s mother (NOT my grandmother) is coming home soon and my brother Iks and his girlfriend are now rushing to get their minds together so they could move out as soon as possible, and they’re looking into getting loans because they’d rather get a place of their own, and really own, not just rent one. My mom suggested to take something like unsecured loans since they need it quick and they’re pretty confident that they can pay whatever they’re going to take with their salaries combined (Eelai’s is pretty big). Their main purpose for getting a place of their own is their dogs.

They know they can pay it, but they don’t have a lot of credit history since they pay mostly through cash, and haven’t really bought anything really expensive except for their laptop, so they’re not too keen on getting a good interest rate.

I read somewhere that banks won’t lend you money without making sure if you have the money to pay them anyway, which was funny.

Aside from the loan for the house, they also want to get a car loan simply because Eelai wants a new car. She said it doesn’t fit her image as a manager. They can’t afford to pay for a car upfront yet, that’s why they want a loan, but then, credit history comes in again.

Moral of the story: Build a good credit history to get good loans. Start getting credit cards?

Well, they need to really start getting a move on, so they might just end up in a rented apartment which allows pets first, because my brother does not want to breathe in the same air as my father’s mother any more. *sigh*

Maybe they’ll take me too?
