I was tagged by Loraine … she uses Facebook for the first time and this is what happens? >_<~

1. I am addicted to noodles, and I can't go to the groceries without buying at least one pack of noodles even if I still have a lot in stock.
2. On my 8gb Zen V Plus mp3 player, I only have less than 10 non-Asian (Japanese, Chinese, Korean) songs.
3. I just got a passport last December 2008 so I can go to HK or Japan this year. Yes, I have never been outside the country, even the island (Luzon).
4. I almost fell off a cliff while mountain climbing.
5. I am a pessimist and a romantic.
6. I loan money to relatives with interest without exceptions.
7. I need to have 6-8 hours of sleep per day, or else I will be a zombie.
8. My hair is very nice and I'm proud of it especially since it has not been treated.
9. I go through each aisle when I go do groceries and when I see a new product (really new, or new to my eyes) that seems nice, I go ahead and buy it.
10. I dote on my dog and spend a lot on him, even after he chewed on my $100+ (5300 PhP) Sennheiser earphones.
11. I don't buy CDs for myself. They are either given to me or I buy them for other people.
12. I almost got kicked out of my Uni for not passing enough subjects in a year. I had a semester wherein I only passed 2 out of 8 subjects, and another semester 1 out of 5.
13. Despite my bashing of Macs and my stupid Macbook, I actually like it, and would really like to have it repaired and upgraded.
14. I used to sing over instrumentals and karaoke versions of songs (mostly Japanese) and post them online.
15. My parents have never heard me swear.
16. I don't know how to swim, ride a bike, drive, operate a washing machine.

*starts preparing a bunch of rubber stamps to stamp on the faces of those I tagged on facebook. T_T*

Remember West Side Story? There was this part where they were singing how America was so great and wonderful. West Side Story is celebrating it’s 50th year this year. I want to watch it.. The production I watched of it was a high school production which really sucked. I read that the story still has social Relevance until now, which is pretty cool. Racial differences, and so on.

But anyway, Filipinos are generally using Standard American English pronunciation…but not really. I mean, not that much. At least we try to. We still have our own pronunciations of words and so on. (And I just found out that AWRY is pronounced like Tagalog “aray” and not “aww-ree”
