My new work schedule, at least for this month, is 2am to 11am. And what a world of difference is a few hours. When I get out of work, the mall is open, shops are open, there’s sunlight, and I feel my day longer. I just had my rest days and I felt like I had 3 days off instead of just 1, like with my 9pm to 6am schedule.

On my way home today, I passed by SM and they had the stands for ready to eat fruits and salad and what not. And I thought of an idea… recently, I haven’t been doing my no-rice-in-the-morning diet because I get home around noon now. And since the Salad Bar is already open when I get home, I’m thinking of just getting salad on my way home every . day and have a veggie diet for lunch. Maybe some fruit. It should be easier now since the mall is open. I just need to get into the habit of it.

I really would like to take supplements along with this diet, as I’ve mentioned over and over again, but I’m not sure if there really are weight loss pills that work that I can easily afford and obtain. So far, Fitrum seems to have stopped working on me and lately I was drinking weight loss tea, and it seems to have stopped working as well.

*sigh* I really just need to get into the habit, but it’s so hard. Not getting into the habit is a vice. hahaha
