Diet Update
It’s been about a month and a half since I started my no-rice-in-the-mornings diet and so far I’ve only broken it twice. And it was only last week that I did.
I don’t really feel any effects yet, just that I know I’m not overstuffed before I go to sleep. I know I was thinking last time to maybe take something like a supplement or diet pills but I keep being lazy to get some. I could ask my Pop but I always forget.
Well, the people I’ve consulted said that it will be slow since I’m still eating rice in the evenings and for “lunch” but hopefully, I’ll be able to cut it down more. In fact, I’m thinking of not taking rice in the evenings now, before going to work.
We’ll see how it goes~
