I want one!
I have never tried running on one of those treadmills before. I imagine that they might be hard to run on based on those funny accident videos. My brother tells me that it’s easy and it doesn’t require much brains for application. You just turn on the machine at low setting and run. You can increase the speed or difficulty of the settings as you go along. Awesome things they are, they way they can tilt for harder workouts. Some even have programs you can choose for varied results.
I want one. So I can wear something nice for a change.

I sweat more in treadmills. But I burn more calories in the elliptical/cycle thingies… or so the calorie counter says.

My little grandma uses her treadmill, it’s cute. I recommend them for walking. Running can be dangerous, and it’s much more effective to run on ground :/ But, stationary cycles are quite a workout! Very effective, and fun.
