Back into Shape.
I’m so mean. I’m sharing this email from my brother. I’m bugging him to start a blog so he can have an outlet for his creativity. He writes as if … it’s an entry in a journal. Anyways, I’m gonna set him up a wordpress blog soon.
_____________
With my newly found freedom, I have been thinking a lot about how to spend my free time. There were a lot of things in my self that needed smoothing out. One of them were those little handles I acquired living a sedentary life in seclusion. Throughout College and my first few years of working I remembered having a body I was actually proud of. I had broad shoulders and a six-pack. Which was partially misaligned because I was a predominant right-handed person. I never got to the part of correcting my exercise routine because I started working and discovered the luxury of real food.
Anyway, seeing the gym just outside the house made me realize I might need to hit the weights again. I am older now, and my metabolism just isn’t what it used to be. I have actually peaked at 210 lbs last year which I gradually lowered back to about 180 lbs. I took up some exercise to trim down and that involved about thirty minutes of brisk walking with the dogs which happened twice a day. I also reduced the amount of rice I was consuming. I was consuming about three cups of rice per meal and I reduced it to one. I also did a few rounds at the swimming pool every now and then and made sure that I sweat hard at least once in a day.
Now, with these things in mind, I still couldn’t get the body I used to have and I thought about getting some help. Browsing in secret, (so that my dear, dear brother wouldn’t see me) I tried looking for some pills that might help me trim a bit more. All this free time in my hands made me ten pounds heavier in just a week. (don’t ask) Anecdotes aside, I found one product with a high success rate. One review led to another and I have decided that it seemed like a good choice. Check out the liporexall review. I’m not really a fan of these weight-loss pill-thingies but this one has changed my perceptions on how diet pills should be. Safe, cost-effective and it works.
You know where this is heading don’t you, sister dear? May I borrow your credit card so I can order? I’ll pay cash, I promise! n_n
Much love,
- Brother dear.
