Shifting Schedules and Irate Customers

These past few weeks, we’ve been changing our schedules drastically–weekly.

September 16 - 00:00 - 09:00 (OFF: Sunday, Monday)
September 17-20 16:00 - 00:00
September 21-27 16:00 - 01:00 (OFF: Sunday, Monday)
September 28 - October 4 00:00 to 09:00 (OFF: Sunday, Saturday)
October 5-11 15:00 - 00:00 (OFF: Thursday, Friday)

We don’t have a schedule yet for October 12-18.

A pimple popped up a couple of days ago.

I’ve been having troubles with Globe Telecom as well. They treat P1000 like a small amount. -_- And the funny thing is, I think they’re treating me as an Irate Customer already when I’m not even that. I AM irate, but I don’t shout or swear at them. I just call a lot. And I surprised myself that I was speaking just in English with my calls today. They’re getting nosebleed as well because of me doing that. You can really tell when a person “runs out of English” … but still, issue is unresolved.

It’s getting frustrating and really annoying. More pimples might come up. I’m also very stressed with the new account. Most of the time I don’t know what I’m doing.

Because of that pimple, I bought some acne products again. I bought the Eskinol pimple speed gel or something, and I got a new Clean and Clear pimple clearing facial wash. Hopefully, it will ward off the nasty pimples I’m getting. *sigh*
