Cry Calls

That’s what I call the calls wherein I cried. Some are good and some are bad. I’ve had like 4 already. Three of them were because the customers were so nice and I wasn’t able to resolve their problem, and just one was bad. The customer couldn’t wait 3 minutes to get his account activated. It was really stupid. That customer told me though that he knew I was just doing my job and he didn’t want to get mad at me that’s why he asked for a supervisor. Oh well.

What annoys me the most is when I want to fix the problem and I let the customer down. It’s not like I don’t know most of the issues. It’s not like they’re asking about something like HDMI switches which I know nothing about. Most of the calls are about their connectivity–speeds, no sync, no surf, intermittent connectivity… And I’ve got the foundation in my head. It’s just that sometimes the customers have really weird set-ups and … grarrrr…

Oh well… I need to get going and take in calls… again. It’s so tiring, but fun in some ways.
