MMMiii!

Today was our last day of Project Specs Training. In the first half of the day of the shift, we shadowed some agents again. It was… fun.

Sometime in the middle of the session, our trainer told us that our Intellicare cards were available already! So we got them from the clinic. I also took the chance to ask for Solmux since I was having coughs. They didn’t have that particular cough medicine in their medical supplies. They gave me something else, and I forgot the name.

Back to the session. The agent beside the one I was shadowing was a newbie and sometimes asked me what to do. It was cool, and he was cute. ( >_>)

When we came back to the training rooms, we ordered pizza at Yellow Cab. I was only able to eat one pizza even though we should’ve got two each. Some people ate three, I believe.

After pizza, it was a series of assessments already. I didn’t perfect it. Oh well. But at least I passed. I made a total of four mistakes that time. One mistake in one of the 6-item assessments, and 3 mistakes in the 75-item assessment. I asked the trainer about one of the items I made a mistake in and said I was technically right, so it’s okay. Besides, I still passed. It was a pass or fail thing anyway.

And so ends our Training. In a few hours, we’ll be in transition. Who knows if we’ll be taking in calls already. I’m kinda scared and excited at the same time. It feels almost like when I was just observing my supervising teacher before teaching.

I hope I get the hang of this as well.
