In the past years, the anniversaries I celebrated were events like Frog-Dissection day (January 12, 1999), Break-up days (forgot them already), Quezon City Science High School Foundation Day (September 17) and so on.
Finally, tonight, I’m going to celebrate my 1st anniversary with Matt. Like wow. According to this website, the best anniversary gifts are photos on canvas–something I can’t really have with this kind of relationship.
Meh. Oh well.
Here are some love songs from Dreams Come True or DoriKamu. I posted both English and Japanese versions of the songs.

I have this big dream. It might sound a little too big, though, but I want to start a Teacher Resource website for Filipinos. In the wee hours of procrastinating my lesson plans and/or looking for what good activities I could use in my classes, all are resources for western classrooms.
The Filipino classroom is much more different. We have a quasi standard set curriculum for most schools in basic education. For example, in English, Music and Arts in high school, the first year focuses on Philippine literature, music and arts. In the second year, Afro-Asian. The third year focuses on Anglo-American or western, while the fourth year focuses on the world as a whole.
Well… What I’m saying is… You won’t really be able to find teacher resources on, say, Noli Me Tangere or Philippine History.

My headset broke last night. No, not the cheap one. The PhP450 one. That’s like US$9. Pretty darned expensive for me when I bought it because I don’t have a job. How? You’re asking how? I accidentally dipped the volume control in my coffee. Don’t ask how I did that. It just happened. I couldn’t even believe it myself.
Lately, one of the reasons why I don’t do my work is because I want to sing and

A few months ago, this Justice Secretary Raul Gonzalez branded UP students as destabilizers and naked runners. This is because of UP’s tradition of the students speaking their minds, being activist or leftist, and so on. The UP Oblation run where a bunch of fraternity men run naked was and is a form of protest against the government or whatnot.
Well, think again. That may be true before, but not anymore. A lot of students are now apathetic. Not just students of UP but the youth in general. They don’t care much about what’s going on with the world or with the country–unless it is required of them to know.
Admit it.

Someone play this for me T_T
it’s from Ai Otsuka’s DVD Drama “Tokyo Friends” … i’ve been wanting to sing this song for ages but couldn’t figure out the chords. Now that I have chords, they look hard but I couldn’t get the strumming right… T_T SIGH.

A couple of days or weeks ago, Matt and I were talking about the possibility of living together in a warm place. The choices? Florida, California, and Hawaii.
For Florida, We could probably check out West Palm Beach. I looked up West Palm Beach real estate and it promises to really save big bucks if you buy from them. Even buyers get a commission! Isn’t that amazing?
They also have other listings in Palm Beach, so if you’re planning to live there, you might want to check it out.
