MMMiii!

With the movie Transformers coming out after years of it being unheard-of by the youngsters, suddenly toy-car hobbyists are coming out again with their stuff.

When I was younger, we had G.I. Joes (We almost had it all, even vehicles and airplanes), Transformers (the real big ones, Optimus Prime, baby!), He-man, She-ra (mine), Smurfs, slot cars, matchbox cars, Lego, Scrabble (mine), Barbie and Ken (mine), Dungeons and Dragons box sets, those styrofoam airplane thingies, Magic cards, … hmm… A lot. I don’t even know where our toys are now.

I remember when we used to play with the G.I. Joes, Iks, my older brother, would dismantle the Joes and do mix-and-match, which was pretty cool! We’d swap heads and torsos and appendages and stuff.

Ahh… Gone were the days when we’d gather in the study and play together– me, my brothers and my cousins.

What toys and hobbies did you have when you were a kid? Do you still have them around somewhere? ^^

I was watching Ricky (Minister_Ramen)’s Youtube video for the Otakuthon 2007 in Canada, and the comment in that video was this girl Delphine was wearing the gothic lolita dress. I looked up other videos by Irulanne and most of them except Ricky and that other Chinese girl, they all looked like goths.

Although I’m not into goths, apparently a lot of other people do, like in this goth dating website, “Goth Scene” where gothic singles look for their other goth partners.

It’s another social network site. You can post pictures of your gothness, look for goth men, goth women, send private messages, and so on. However, this website is one of those which are really made for dating, because there is a “Send a Flirt” function. Have something in common? Do you like the same kind of music? It hurts. T_T

Taba was like… sad… after Kulit left. Now he doesn’t want to come out of his corner.

I cried after Lori left… T_T I’m going to miss Kulit.

I forgot to tell Lori what food Kulit likes and he doesn’t like.

I forgot to tell Lori that Kulit just ate and might pee/poop on her sister.

I forgot to tell Lori not to feed Kulit milk because he gets the poops.

T____T WAAAAAAhhh T__T I’m so sad.

Mama said we have to get used to giving away dogs… Especially now that Poknat’s pregnant and due anytime. *sigh*

There’s this
charlotte cosmetic dentist who blogs about his procedures among others. He seems to be techie as well, since he posts about PC World and stuff, which is kind of cool.

But returning to dentistry and his procedures, he shows the different stages he goes through with a patient’s teeth, but he doesn’t only consider the patient’s teeth. He considers their smiles. Like if it is in proportion with the face and stuff. I also got a pretty cool link from his blog.

I just found out what a radar detector is. I was reading about the best radar detector when I thought to myself, “What the HECK is a radar detector anyway?”

Matt kindly explained that it’s for traffic thing and I don’t think it exists here. At least I’ve never heard of it. Traffic enforcement here is … obsolete. Haha… I mean.. It’s low tech. It’s No-tech rather. :D

Imagine if our traffic enforcers get radars… their radars would be going crazy and they wouldn’t know which one to catch. Hahaha…

I really need to get curtains for my windows.

I was getting dressed a couple of days ago and my brother walked by and I ducked when I saw him pass. Not that he saw anything. Not that there’s anything to see. It was still embarrassing. What if someone else other than my brother passed? Like that time when we were getting the roof fixed. The workers kept passing by my window.

I used to have curtains. But it takes me like half a year before I bring them down to be washed. And another half year to put a new set up. That’s a little exaggerated of course. Maybe like 5 months.

The bottom line is I’m too lazy. I need something that’s easily cleanable. Maybe I should look into getting wood blinds. Whenever I go to school through Philcoa, I always see that wood blinds “factory” at the street corner. It’s made of bamboo, I think. They also paint stuff on it. I could also get a couple from Comic Alley, I guess. They have anime characters painted on it.

At least with wood blinds, they’re easy to clean. Just run the vacuum cleaner or a feather duster along them. Right?
