MMMiii!

Maybe Matt just has this … curse on him. Either that or he’s lying. I won’t expect him to come anymore anytime soon, but at least one day. Disappointments won’t kill me, but hell, they depress me a lot.

My computer is shitting out. It’s restarting out of the blue sometimes… At least it’s not overheating anymore after I removed a couple of snowbunnies from the CPU Fan. (lol). Imagine my terror when I saw my mobo temp reaching 76 C.

I should count myself lucky though. I’ve read a lot of complaints from isp subscribers here in the Philippines because I didn’t really experience what they’re going through right now. My connection is near perfect, except for some websites which are inaccessible, but accessing them through a proxy would be a quick fix, though it doesn’t work at all times. My download speed is stable. My upload is stable on ftps and some other places but it thoroughly sucks sending to Malaysian ISPs. I haven’t tried sending anything other than to the states and Malaysia, so I guess it’s all good.

As for voice and text chatting, they’re all pretty good. Google talk is great. I’m always talking wtih Matt on GTalk. On IRC, I’m only having a problem with a specific server. I want to connect to that because it allows 35 channelx maximum… So for now I’ll have to stick to 25 from other servers on Rizon.

What else could I count myself lucky with? Hmmm… Apartment B gave up their lease, so we’re kinda having a tight budget. Pop still owes my P500 for my allowance last week + the typing job I did for him. I’m still able to talk with my friends online. I can still listen to music again and again.
